Ryan’s Corner - What Is He Up To?
There is overwhelming demand for a Fractional Head of Sales. I’m surprised how many referrals I’m getting, at least one a week.

I have 3 clients, and cannot quite scale past that since it’s all me!

But I really enjoy it, waking up and working on various sales problems every day.

Main problems I’m being hired to solve: Lead generation via cold email, transitioning out our founder-led sales & early stage VC-backed company going from 0-5 customers.

A lot of the value I bring comes down to speed. I try to define my scope in a way where I can make a difference within the first 2 weeks on the job.

Though it does get boggling sometimes checking 3 emails & 3 slacks lol
